Institutional and Business Memberships are available to colleges/universities, businesses, and industrial organizations.

- Listing on VAS webpage as an Institutional Member (name, logo, and live link to webpage for Institutional Members)
- Acknowledgement (name/logo of Institutional Members listed) and one-page Ad in Virginia Academy of Science Annual Meeting Program and in the Virginia Junior Academy of Science program
- A complimentary subscription to the Virginia Journal of Science.
- Two complimentary registrations to the Virginia Academy of Science Annual Meeting
Free Student Memberships are also provided. The number of free student memberships is based on the selected Tier.

• $570 – Institution – Tier 1 (includes 10 student memberships)
• $870 – Institution – Tier 2 (includes 20 student memberships)
• $1170 – Institution – Tier 3 (includes 30 student memberships)
• $1000 – Patron
• $100 – Business – Regular
• $570 – Business – Tier 1 (includes 4 memberships for employees of business)
• $870 – Business – Tier 2 (includes 8 memberships for employees of business)
• $1170 – Business – Tier 3 (includes 12 memberships for employees of business)
• $1000 – Patron
Note: Institutions and Businesses may purchase a membership tier and upgrade to a higher tier by paying the difference. Refunds will not be given to institutions that have unused student memberships. Unused student memberships do not transfer to the next year if a portion were used for the annual meeting.
