Fall 2024 VAS Meeting Proposal
After registering, use this link to submit your proposal. As you submit your proposal, you will be asked for the following information:
Title of the project
A 50 word synopsis of the project
Name, email, and affiliation of all students
Name, email, and affiliation of all faculty mentors
Name, email, address, and affiliation of a financial officer who will receive and process the financial award
A pdf file of the proposal including:
Title of the project
Project Summary or Abstract (250 words max)
Specific Aim(s) of the Project
Background and Significance of the project
Research Plan or Materials and Methods (include timeline of the project)
Sign off by the Financial Designee that you are eligible to receive the prize funding administered by the college/university.
