*Note: early registration ends May 1. After May 1, the registration fee will increase by $50, so register now!

If submitting for presentation registration should be complete by April 1, 2025. Titles are submitted on the registration form.

We expect most attendees will not need to stay overnight in Charlottesville, but there are a limited number of rooms reserved at a reduced rate at Courtyard Charlottesville – University Medical Center.  These will be held until 4/23/25.  Book here.
