**2025 VAS Annual Meeting Registration**
Registration open Jan 27 – May 1 2025.
If submitting for presentation registration should be complete by April 1, 2025. Titles are submitted on the registration form.
The 103nd Annual Meeting of the Virginia Academy of Science (VAS) will be held May 22, 2025 at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA. A council meeting will be held Friday May 23, 2025.
VAS Vice President, Craig Group, at the University of Virginia at rcg6p@virginia.edu serves as the Program Chair for the 2025 Annual Meeting.

8:30-Noon Oral Presentations by academic sections and section business meetings
12-1 Lunch – Alumni Hall
1:2 Negus Lecture/Installation of VAS Officers – Alumni Hall
3-3:30 Fellows meeting, TBD
3:5:00 Poster Sessions- Authors will be present to discuss posters and answer questions TBD
5-6: Awards Ceremony (scholarships, VAS research awards, student awards) TBD
