As stated in the Participant Requirements, each grant application must include one or more undergraduate students and one or more faculty mentors.
Each Undergraduate Research Grant Application must include ALL of the following: Application Form, Student Information Form (one for each student named on Application Form), Mentor Information Form (one for each mentor named on Application Form), Budget Form, and Project Description Form.
All of the application forms should be downloaded from this webpage and saved on your computer or appropriate storage device. Instructions for completing these forms are provided at the top of each form. Instructions for submitting the completed grant application is provided at the end of each form.
Completed Grant Application materials must be emailed to Robert Atkinson (email@example.com). All of the application forms must be attached to a single email message. All of the following information must be included in the email subject line: Last Name(s) of Applicant(s) – UG Research Grant Application.
The deadline for student applicants to submit grant application materials is Saturday, October 1, 2016 (by midnight).
